The There Is No Substitute event at Porsche San Francisco was an unforgettable evening celebrating heritage, performance, and passion. Guests were greeted with vibrant live music by Caminos & Torre, a dynamic trio whose Spanish and Latin American rhythms set an energetic tone for the night.
The showroom transformed into a journey through Porsche history, showcasing the evolution of the 911—from the iconic 356 to the 964, 993, 996, 911 Turbo, and the revered 911 R. Attendees enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres and beverages by Après Vou, including the signature “Horsepower Sunset” cocktail, a creative nod to the 911’s legendary legacy. A refined whisky tasting from Kanosuke Distillery added an elegant touch to the experience.
The evening’s highlight came with an inspiring speech from Karla Curtsinger and Gunter Feldmeier, who celebrated the 911’s enduring impact and expressed gratitude to the guests, the true driving force behind Porsche’s success.
